Land Description George Hitchcock Warren Co. TN--13 March 1824

A certain tract or parcel of land, containing one hundred acres by survey bearing date the 17th day of December 1819 lying in the 3rd District in Warren County on the head of Blue Spring Creek adjoining Vincent McGuire and bounded as follows to wit...
Beginning on a white oak in corner of a survey made for Jesse Martin where on William Mayfield now lives and running with a mountain north 6 degrees east twenty seven poles to a a white oak thence north 41 degrees east 42 poles to an ash thence north 7 degrees east twenty five poles to a hickory thence north 31 degrees east twenty six poles to a poplar thence North twenty poles to pointers thence east sixty three poles to a Red bud and pointers these south one hundred and eighty two poles to a hickory thence passing said McGuire's corner and with his line west eighty poles to a hickory on the west bank of said blue spring creek thence with the mountain north 32 degrees west sixty seven poles to the beginning
